The proof is in the eating of the pudding.Whatever they said that our quality of education has improved or education system is in right track, the end result will eventually reflected or show up in the marketplace.

My expat friend told me that his IT company has to hire indian and phillipine skill workers to fill the gap, local graduates are not up to standard in certain fields .Also another friend who own a head hunting human resource company lament that current crops of graduates lack communication, writing and critical thinking skills, though their academic credentials are very impressive, lot of A grades in their certificates. The other problem he told me is attitude, this feedbacks were from the employers, you scold them a bit, they go running to their mummy and quit the next day.My.my..apron string is still there!

Btw,in other part of the world, World bank reported that the education system in Arab countries is 'lagging' and need reform, overall literacy rates increase but unemployment also increase.
