Hahahaha…..a sly attack on Singapore by the author nevertheless a superficial attempt at best.

If one believes in Utopia, one has to come to Singapore to stay long enough to see and experience something close to it. Just look at the drove of liberal educated Westerners crowding out its neighbouring meritable immigrants……..and the achievement of Malay Singaporeans as the shining example of MELAYU BOLEH in this competitive world.

Umno stalwarts go to great length to promote their party’s stance. Just see how the Youth wing overplay the Nizar-Jamry spat in Perak. They never fail to remind the Malays that the country is theirs and the sultans are their protectors. RTM being a tool of the BN Government willingly aired and televised footages of Umno members going “berserk”. And the only suckers who’d fall for their scams are the party members themselves. What a sham.

Malaysia does not share the type of freedom in America. In American, we’re free to criticize even the president. Furthermore, there are Americans that are willing to protect the detainees in Guatanamo. Certainly, I do not expect and want Malaysia to immulate American type of freedom.

Nevertheless, we must have certain level of freedom so we can criticize anybody that’s corrupted. As we can see, Raja Petra Kamaruddin has been ordered to surrender himself at the Jalan Duta magistrate’s court at 9.30 am tomorrow to be charged with sedition. I’ve always read Pete’s website and I don’t see a seditious about it.

Where is our rights as fellow Malaysian!
